NVR publications—out today

• The 2020 NVR Annual Report has been published today on our website. This report focuses on all NVR procedures that were carried out in 2017-2019.
• The webpage includes:
  • The report itself
  • A spreadsheet containing trust level appendices for each procedure
  • A more interactive spreadsheet entitled ‘NHS Organisational Data Viewer’ that allows you to select your NHS trust and see how your results compare to national averages and standards.
• We have also published the infographics used in the 2020 annual report as stand-alone documents.
• In addition, we have published a short report on COVID-19 and its impact on NHS vascular services in 2020 and its potential impact on short-term surgical outcomes.
• The trust and consultant level results within the outcomes section of the VSQIP website have also been updated today.
  • Please note that the results for individual consultants working in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland will not be shown if you have not given us your consent to publish these in 2020. Please contact us if you would like your results to be shown.
